Pilot terms
Success metrics we report back
At weeks 4, 8, and semester end we deliver a written report to pilot coordinators covering:
Learning
- Placement delta (assessment 1 → assessment 2)
- Skills mastered per student
- Standards mastered per class
- Per-skill reading proficiency change
- Voluntary vs. assigned practice ratio
Teacher
- Assignments created and completed
- Questions flagged by per-question analysis
- Practice-vs-test alerts (students strong in practice but weak on tests)
- Survey: "would you keep using this?" (1-5)
Equity & MTSS
- Achievement gap change (baseline → end)
- Subgroup mastery comparison
- Tier 1/2/3 movement
- Intervention fidelity + outcomes
What we need from you
- A named pilot coordinator (admin or lead teacher)
- Roster access via Clever, ClassLink, or CSV
- 30 minutes for a launch PD session with your teachers
- 15 minutes / week for a check-in call (optional but recommended)
- Permission to survey participating teachers once per month
Typical timeline
Week 0
Contract signed, DPA reviewed, roster synced
Week 1
Launch PD (60 min), students take the Grow
Week 2–3
Teachers assign first standards, students build practice habit
Week 4
First interim report delivered
Week 8
Mid-pilot report + teacher survey

Second assessment window
Week 16–18
Final report, renewal decision, data export
Start a pilot
We onboard 1–2 pilot schools per month. Priority goes to schools starting within the next 60 days.
